Overview
Pratro provides a public driving school directory, online booking tools where enabled by a school, learner and instructor portals, and scheduling software for driving schools. By using Pratro, you agree to use the service responsibly and provide accurate information.
School listings
Directory information may come from public sources, school partners, or owner submitted updates. We try to keep listings useful, but schools are responsible for confirming their own contact details, services, pricing, instructor availability, and booking policies.
Bookings
When a school accepts online booking through Pratro, your request may be scheduled, offered, declined, expired, cancelled, or moved into a follow up workflow. A booking is only confirmed when the school or the system marks it as confirmed according to that school's workflow.
Scheduling tools
Pratro's optimizer, waitlist, route, and rescue tools are decision support tools for schools. Schools remain responsible for reviewing schedules, instructor readiness, learner eligibility, local rules, vehicle availability, road conditions, and safety decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and device secure. Pratro may use passwordless login codes, session cookies, and role based access so school owners, admins, instructors, and learners see the parts of the system intended for them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the directory, submit false booking requests, attempt to access another school or account without permission, interfere with the platform, or use Pratro for unlawful activity.
