Pratro may collect account details, learner details, booking information, contact information, school listing details, pickup locations, target lesson locations, schedule data, and messages or forms submitted through the platform.
How we use information
We use information to show public school listings, process booking requests, help schools schedule lessons, calculate travel and availability, send login codes and booking updates, support accounts, and improve the service.
School and learner sharing
When a learner books or requests a lesson with a school, relevant booking and contact information is shared with that school so the lesson can be managed. School owners and admins may see operational information for their school. Instructors may see details needed for assigned lessons.
Location and maps
Pratro uses location information for school discovery, pickup validation, route planning, travel estimates, service areas, and target lesson locations. Map and geocoding features may use Google Maps or related service providers.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email, maps, route calculation, analytics, and security. These providers only receive information needed to provide their services to Pratro.
